All sitting staff completed our housekeeping training and must undergo additional in person training before becoming sitters.

Service Example

Our staff will arrive at your residence while you are home to introduce themselves to you and your child. Once you leave the home, we will care for the child and be sure to follow any and all requests you left for us. Upon your return (or a trusted legal guardian), we will report about the day and leave. We cannot care for children who are sick or have a temperature of 37.5°C or higher. Children must be picked up and dropped off by a legal adult. We can help with homework, heating food, and light cleaning tasks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you prepare food for my children?

Please prepare meals in advance; they will only be heated. Milk cannot be prepared. Staff will bring one meal, but for long-term care, please provide additional meals. If dining out, meal costs for staff are covered by the customer.
Could you make a daily report about my child?

If you’re not home, we will provide a service report detailing the day’s activities and your child’s well-being.
Is it possible to extend the time of service if I am running late?

For same-day service extensions, please contact Bears. We will try to accommodate, but availability depends on the staff’s schedule.
