QIs it possible to issue an invoice to a corporate entity?
Yes. Depending on the payment method, we can also issue a receipt. Please let us know your request. We will also do our best to accommodate your preferred format.

If you or your family are employed at a company that is registered as a corporate member, or if your company has contracted with an employee benefits agency, you may use our services at a preferential rate. Please contact us for further details.

QCan I use the service when I am not at home?
Yes, we can provide services during your absence by keeping a spare key. In such cases, we will issue a “Key Deposit Certificate,” and register the key with a unique ID number in our management system accessible only to authorized staff. Please rest assured that your key will be securely managed.

QCan I have the same maid for every service?
Absolutely. If you sign with our subscription plan (available on a weekly and bi-weekly service) you will have the same maid, on the same days and times. We do our best to make sure we match the right maid for all your housekeeping needs. Do not hesitate to share with us your requirements.
