昨日、今年初フィリピンから新たな家族となったベアーズびと21名が無事に入国しました。
コロナ禍2年2ヶ月間、1人も入国できない期間わたしたちベアーズはたくさんのお客様を
お待たせしご迷惑をおかけし、ご理解ご協力いただくも心苦しく本当に辛かったです。
昨年5月から少しずつ受け入れが再開していましたがまだまだ少ない人数でした。
今年初回の受け入れがこのように叶い感謝しかありません。
世界状況激動の中、受け入れは容易なことではありませんが、
彼女たちの“日本で働いて自分も家族も幸せにしたい”という強い意思と、
それを献身的にサポートしている弊社社員、パートナーの皆さまのおかげです。
日本を職場に選んで来てくれた彼女たち一人ひとりがいつか母国に帰国していくときに、
日本国および日本人を愛してもらえるよう、これまでの国家戦略特区事業丸5年の運営実績の経験を活かして、
178名全員をより大切にし、一人ひとりが安心安全にイキイキとお客様の暮らしをサポート
することで活躍すること

21 of our new Philippines family members safely arrived in Japan yesterday.
The last two years of the pandemic was a difficult and painful period for Bears due to the restriction on bringing new members into Japan, which kept our customers waiting and caused some trouble.
Therefore, we thank all the customers for their understanding and cooperation.
It is difficult for the government to accept all the workers who wish to come to Japan given the current state of the world.
However, many of our employees and partners have supported their strong will to “work in Japan to make themselves and their families happy.”
We sincerely appreciate all of the people who have helped us along the way.
Using our five years of experience running the national strategic special zone, we’ll treat all 178 Filipino employees with warmth and love.
Offering a secure and active work environment will also improve employees’ customer service skills and contribute to the well-being of everyone associated with the organization.
We Bears hope that every employee from the Philippines will return to their country loving Japan and the Japanese people.
